Flake a better conservative for bucking House leaders?

Town Halls Tim Chapman thinks so:

If you are going to wear the conservative label, you had better vote like it. That does not mean voting with House and Senate Leadership or the Administration 90 percent of the time. More often than not, it can mean voting against them. Jeff Flake is a conservative, and he voted with leadership 53 percent of the time. He gets to wear the label.

I am a newcomer to Arizona. It would appear that we need more senators and representatives that vote their beliefs. Too many seem to forget that they represent all of the citizens of their respective jurilsdictions, be they Republican, Democrat, Liberal, Conservative or middle of the roaders like myself.

Forllowing party lines is the process that got us into the mess that we have now and probably most of the countrys problems of the past.
